About:

The New Meta Academy offers this unique In-person bootcamp for young gamers between the ages of 6 and 16 to improve their skills and learn important life lessons through Esports. Our Bootcamps are inspired by our long-running Esports Academy, where our Certified Coaches guide children to develop core skills in competitive gaming while fostering Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Teamwork abilities.

Each Day is split into 3 parts:

(1) Acquire and Practice Fundamental Skills

(2) Split into Teams, Compete and Practice Teamwork and Tactics

(3) Analyse Gameplay, Discuss Strategy and Learn about Esports

The Fortnite Bootcamp is an exciting way to nurture a Healthy Passion for Gaming, encourage the forging of unforgettable Friendships, and ultimately a way to challenge players to push their skills to the limits.

Camp Schedule

Here’s sample of what a week in this course could look like. Please remember that students may progress at different rates, and we uniquely tailor our approach to each group, reserving the right to adjust the program to ensure children feel comfortable and engaged.

We provide a lunch break, allowing children to replenish with snacks brought from home.

Learn new skillsets, and how to effectively develop them.

Day 2

Solo Skills Progression

Discover how to make improvements with a deep dive into individual player skills, and personalised training to develop gameplay.

Team Skills and Roles

How solo skills can develop into team skills and how to utilise them.

Day 4

Tournament Scrims

Practising with your team and developing your plans and strategies.

Day 5

Pro Player Meet and Greet

Meet a FNCS Fortnite player, find out how he got to where he is, and learn from his knowledge and skill.

In-game Skills

Solidify the skills learned, put them into practice with your team in competitive play.

Compete with your team to get any many points, and victory "Royals" as possible, while receiving coaching from a Fortnite Pro!

Look into practise routines and set a structure for your own personal development that hones in on your strengths and weaknesses.

Day 2

Weapon and Drop Spots Mastery

Discover more about your play style, how to implement new strategies, and mitigate counters.

Day 3

Squad Choices, Decisions and Roles

Put into practise your roles and skills and work together to make decisions on important gameplay aspects.

Day 4

Intro to Vod Reviews

Review gameplay through "Video of the Day Reviews", learning what they are, and how they can improve gameplay.

Day 5

Tournament play, Results and Awards!

Receive awards, and placements, and find out if you have what it takes to win the summer camp "Meta Masters" in-house tournament!

We are based at New Meta Gaming Arena, a unique hub for all things related to gaming. You can find us Here

No, your child does not need to bring their own device. Our location is equipped with the latest computers that provide more than enough resources for the activities (INTEL I5-12400 2.5GHz & NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 144Hz Monitors, top of the line Cherry XTRFY peripherals)

We aim for a class size of 7-10 children to ensure that each child receives sufficient time and attention, while also providing enough peers to facilitate teamwork skill development.

No, this course is designed for students who want to take their current skill level and push it to the next level.
Our curriculum is designed so that concepts from each day integrate into the next, gradually enhancing complexity while ensuring a captivating journey culminating in a tournament to test out what they have learnt over the course!

Yes! Although we cant guarantee that any student will get the most out of the course if they aren’t available for the full 5 days.

At this age, even a one-year difference can significantly impact how a child absorbs our course material. Therefore, we don’t recommend enrolling children younger than the specified age. However, an exception may apply if your child is a passionate and has the dedication, drive and maturity!

Yes, you can reschedule dates if slots are available. Please notify us as early as possible in advance.

Yes, if you notify us a month in advance.
Otherwise, no. If we’ve reserved a spot for you, it may mean turning away someone else. Therefore, in the event of a complete cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

      Please note, anyone looking to attend Trial Class is expected to attend or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Spaces are limited and when booking and not attending you are taking an opportunity away from someone else. We kindly ask our attendees to take attendance seriously. The code is active for 2 applications in case you need to reschedule, once used up a Trial Class will be charged at our standard Pay-as-you-go rates of £25/£30 per lesson.
